Nearly 300 inmates have been shown to be innocent of the crimes for which they were convicted in the United States in the past couple of decades. Although some states offer compensation for the exonerated, many of the innocent men and women who are granted their freedom are given nothing more. Due Justice exists to see that these wronged individuals are compensated for their years of wrongful incarceration. It's about time. It's about the time they've lost. It's about time we serve the justice that's due.
